Tarek Abdel-aleem is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, and the University of California, Davis. He was a law clerk for the First Circuit Court of Appeals. In 2013, he obtained the largest workplace negligence jury verdict in the State of Georgia. He is the author of The American Bar Association’s Guide to Establishing a Motor Vehicle Law Practice From Inception to Trial, and The ABA’s Guide to Litigating Commercial Vehicle and Trucking Accident Cases, forthcoming in 2019. He handles civil litigation matters in various state and federal courts across the country.
The Center for Race and Gender (CRG) is an interdisciplinary research center at the University of California Berkeley that fosters explorations of race and gender and their intersections. Specifically, they facilitate on-going research projects through hosting working groups and cutting edge projects, such as the Islamophobia Research & Documentation Project.
